PRFACE Le present fascicule fait partie
17、de la Publication 50 de la CEI: Vocabulaire Electrotechnique International (V.E.I.), dont il constitue le chapitre 691 : Tarification de llectricit. Etabli par les soins du Comit national allemand, un premier projet et les observations reues furent discuts Baden- Baden en mai 1966 par un Sous-Comit
18、dExperts. A ia suite de cette runion, le Comit allemand, continuant assurer le Secrtariat de ce chapitre, tablit un deuxime projet qui fut soumis en novembre 1966 lapprobation de tous les Comits nationaux. De trs nombreuses observations furent reues. Celles-ci furent examines par le Sous-Comit dExpe
19、rts lors dune runion tenue Londres en mars 1968. Tenant compte des observations reues sur le deuxime projet, le Secrtariat allemand prpara un troisime projet sur lequel les Comits nationaux furent pris de se prononcer en aot 1968. Comme des obser- vations importantes ne furent pas recues, un projet
20、bas sur le troisime projet fut soumis aux Comits nationaux en juillet 1969 pour approbation suivant ia Rgle des Six Mois, De nombreuses observations furent recues. Celles-ci furent discutes Paris en juin 1970 par le Sous-Comit dExperts. Les modifications adoptes lors de cette runion ont t incorpores
21、 dans Ia prsente publication. Lexprience montre quil existe des diffrences de structure et de domaine dapplication dans les tarifs particuliers chaque pays. Les termes figurant dans la prsente publication ne peuvent donc exprimer que leur sens fondamental et universellement acceptable dans la mesure

25、chnical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the Nation
26、al Committees in that sense. In order to promote international unification, the IEC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendations an
27、d the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter. PREFACE This booklet is a part of IEC Publication 50, International Electrotechnical Vocabulary (I.E.V.), and constitutes its Chapter 691 : Tariffs for electricity. A first draft, which was drawn up by
28、 the German National Committee, and the comments received thereon were discussed in Baden-Baden in May 1966 by an Experts Sub-committee. As a result of this meeting, the German Committee, as Secretariat for this chapter, drew up a second draft which was circulated in November 1966 for approval to al
29、l National Committees. A very large number of comments were received. These were considered by the Experts Sub-committee at a meeting held in London in March 1968. Taking into account the comments received on the second draft, the German Secretariat prepared a third draft which was submitted to the
30、National Committees in August 1968. As no important comments were received thereon, a draft based on the third draft was submitted to the National Committees in July 1969 for approval under the Six Months Rule. Numerous comments were received which were discussed in Paris in June 1970 by the Experts
31、 Sub-Com- mittee. The amendments which were agreed upon at this meeting have been incorporated in the publication. Experience has shown that differences exist in structure and field of application between the tariffs of individual countries. The terms given in this publication can, therefore, only e
32、xpress the fundamental and generally acceptable meaning as far as it is important for international understanding. The different situations in individual countries have not therefore been specified. It is possible that tariffs may exist which combine more than one of the fundamental concepts outline
33、d. In this publication, such combinations have not been specified. In order to facilitate international understanding, terms have nevertheless been included although they may not be in use in all countries.
