本标准根据ISO 105一C07：1999重新起草，与ISO 105一C07：1999的主要差异如下：规范性引用文件中的国际标准替换为相应的国家标准；增加了天平，以及加热皂液或洗涤剂溶液的装置；将第6章的每一段进行分条描述；对刷子的过分使用作为注的内容进行说明。
本标准代替GBT 420 1990纺织品耐刷洗色牢度试验方法。
本标准与GBT 420-1990相比，主要变化如下：将标准名称修改为纺织品 色牢度试验颜料印染纺织品耐刷洗色牢度；增加了天平，以及加热皂。
