As an example, several personnel have been electrically shocked while working at the Star City Training Complex and other Russian facilities. Improper or compromised grounding of 220v AC circuits has been found in these reported cases. Whil
3、e highly unusual for 220v, this event is known to occur in American facilities on occasion.
