The Program followed through on their commitment by developing and implementing a Program Risk Management Plan. While the Program then levied the same risk mana

3、gement requirements and accountability on the project (each project was responsible for writing and implementing their own risk management plan), it also provided support and an example for the projects to follow thereby reducing their workload.Lesson(s) Learned: Program-wide (across all projects) c
