GMR is derived fr

29、om the terrestrial digital cellular standard GSM and supports access toGSM core networks.Due to the differences between terrestrial and satellite channels, some modifications to the GSM standard are necessary.Some GSM specifications are directly applicable, whereas others are applicable with modific
