Annexes This document and all of its annexes are informative. Introduction This Technical Systems Bulletin (TSB) provides guidelines regarding the placement

29、of different category cabling in the same pathway and the operation of different applications within the same sheath. The ANSI/TIA-568-C series of Standards specify the structure and performance requirements for cabling systems that support a wide range of applications. Stewardship Telecommunication

30、s infrastructure affects raw material consumption. The infrastructure design and installation methods also influence product life and sustainability of electronic equipment life cycling. These aspects of telecommunications infrastructure impact our environment. Since building life cycles are typical

31、ly planned for decades, technological electronic equipment upgrades are necessary. The telecommunications infrastructure design and installation process magnifies the need for sustainable infrastructures with respect to building life, electronic equipment life cycling and considerations of effects o

32、n environmental waste. Telecommunications designers are encouraged to research local building practices for a sustainable environment and conservation of fossil fuels as part of the design process. Purpose This TSB provides guidance and supporting data related to multiple applications operating over

33、 different cable categories or constructions sharing the same pathways, alien crosstalk interference between category 6A UTP cables manufactured by different manufacturers, alien crosstalk interference between category 6A UTP cables and other category cables, and multiple applications running within

34、 the same sheath. Specification of criteria This TSB is informative and does not contain normative requirements. 45、100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T) may be placed unbundled or in adjacent bundles within the same pathway with category 6A and TIA TSB-155-A compatible category 6 cabling supporting the 10GBASE-T application without adversely affecting application performance. Category 6A cabling should be used for all new

46、installations intended to support the 10GBASE-T application. See annexes A and C for supporting data. In addition, balanced twisted-pair cabling (e.g. category 6A, category 6, and category 5e) can share the same pathways as series 6 or series 11 coaxial cabling and optical fiber cabling. 5 CATEGORY

47、6A UTP CABLES FROM DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS Compliant category 6A UTP cables from different manufacturers may be placed bundled, unbundled, or in adjacent bundles within the same pathway. Alien crosstalk requirements will inherently be met by compliance with ANSI/TIA-568-C.2. Supporting data (see ann

48、ex B) demonstrates that adjacent compliant category 6A UTP cable bundles from different manufacturers comply with the alien crosstalk requirements specified in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2. 6 CATEGORY 6A UTP CABLES AND OTHER CATEGORY CABLES Compliant category 6A UTP cables and other category cables may be place

49、d bundled, unbundled, or in adjacent bundles within the same pathway without exceeding the alien crosstalk requirements specified in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2. Supporting data (see annex C) demonstrates that compliant category 6A UTP and category 6 cables that are in the same bundle comply with the alien crosstalk recommendations specified in TIA TSB-155-A.
