41、es, bitmaps, information elements and 4 timers used to define the A9 interface. 5 1.1.1 Purpose 6 The purpose of this document is to provide the standard for interfacing a PCF with one or 7 more BSs. This document defines the functional capabilities, including services and 8 features, of the specifi

These services and features are the defining 9 characteristics that are the basis for the overall system standard. 10 1.1.2 Scope 11 This standard provides the specification for the interface which coincides with the 12 Reference Point “Aquinter” defined in the TR45 Network Reference M
