39、f the 2 TR51 Committee. The standard was produced in accordance with TIA procedural guidelines, 3 and represents the consensus of the Working Group and its parent committee which served 4 as the formulating group. 5 6 The standard consists of 5 clauses. The normative Overview and Architecture clause

40、 7 describes the principles and intended operation of an implementation of the standard. The 8 normative Data Structures clause defines the encoding and data structures used to represent 9 information. The Service Access Points clause provides data and management interface 10 definitions together wi

41、th a set of parameters. The Service Access Point clause is informative 11 since it is implementation specific but is referenced in the description of parts of the normative 12 Functional Specification clause. The Functional Specification clause describes procedures to 13 be executed by an implementa

42、tion of the standard and is normative. The normative RAMP 14 protocol clause describes the procedures to be used in implementing the multi-hop functions 15 defined in this specification although other protocols may also be used to provide multi-hop 16 delivery management. 17 The TR51 Layer 2 group o
