25、eword is not part of this standard) 1 This document is a TIA Telecommunications Standard produced by the Layer 3 Working Group of the TR51 Committee. 2 The standard was produced in accordance with TIA procedural guidelines, and represents the consensus of the Working 3 Group and its parent committee

26、 which served as the formulating group. 4 The standard consists of 3 clauses. The normative Overview clause describes the principles and intended operation of an 5 implementation of the standard. The normative Data Structures clause defines the specific Network Layer packet structure 6 supported by

27、this standard and the normative Network Layer Service clause defines specific parameter values to be used in 7 the invocation of the TR51 Data Link service. 8 The TR51 Layer 3 group officers wish to acknowledge the contributions and support of the following TR51 members in the 9 preparation of this
