It is the Third edition of NMX-J-118/2-ANCE, the First editi

39、on of CSA C22.2 No. 244, and the Eleventh edition of UL 891. This harmonized standard has been jointly revised on October 31, 2012. For this purpose, CSA Group and UL are issuing revision pages dated October 31, 2012, and ANCE is issuing a new edition dated October 31, 2012. This harmonized standard

40、 was prepared by the Association of Standardization and Certication (ANCE), CSA Group, Underwriters Laboratories Inc., (UL) and the Switchboards manufacturing industry. The efforts and support of the CANENA 17D Panelboard and Switchboard Technical Harmonization Committee, are gratefully acknowledged

41、. The present Mexican Standard was developed by the CT CDI Control y Distribucion Industrial from the Comite de Normalizacion de la Asociacion de Normalizacion y Certicacion, A.C., CONANCE, with the collaboration of the switchboards manufacturers and users. This standard is considered suitable for u

This standard was reviewed by the CSA Subcommittee on Switchboards, under the jurisdiction of the CSA Technical Committee on Industrial Products and the CSA Strategic Steering Committee on Requirements for Electrical Safety, and h

This standard has been approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as an American National Standard. A UL

44、 standard is current only if it incorporates the most recently adopted revisions, all of which are itemized on the transmittal notice that accompanies the latest set of revised requirements. Where reference is made to a specic number of samples to be tested, the specied number shall be considered a

45、minimum quantity. Note: Although the intended primary application of this standard is stated in its scope, it is important to note that it remains the responsibility of the users of the standard to judge its suitability for their particular purpose. Level of harmonization This standard uses the IEC

46、format but is not based on, nor is it considered equivalent to, an IEC standard. This standard is published as an equivalent standard for ANCE, CSA Group, and UL. An equivalent standard is a standard that is substantially the same in technical content, except as follows: Technical national differenc
