37、 layer of felt wrap in accordance with AWWA C203. Asbestos felt shall not be used; felt material shall be fibrous-glass mat as specified in Appendix Sec. A2.1 of AWWA C203. c. Joint cover kits shall include epoxy paint, adhesive, and heat-shrink PE sleeves. SPEC WRITER NOTE: Verify acceptability of

Coating shall be PE with flame retardant with surface-burning characteristics determined by testing identical products according to ASTM E84 by a qualified testing agency
