Einleitung Im Jahr 2006 hat der VDI mit der Richtlinie VDI 5600 Blatt 1 eine Definition fr MES-Sys-teme fr den eu
14、ropischen Raum verabschiedet. Damit wurden MES erstmals in einer 3-Ebenen-Hierarchie verankert. Zwischen der Unternehmens-managementebene und der Prozessebene agieren MES-Systeme als Untersttzung des Fertigungs-managements. Insbesondere wurde hier die not-wendige Realtime-Fhigkeit von MES-Systemen f
15、estgeschrieben. Eine weitere wichtige Eigenschaft von MES ist die Vollstndigkeit, mit der das Ferti-gungsmanagement untersttzt werden soll. Nicht nur die reine Automation steht hierbei im Vorder-grund, sondern auch das Auftrags-, Qualitts- und Personalmanagement. Erste Entwicklungen zur Definition v
16、on MES haben sich vornehmlich mit der Prozessindustrie und der dort vorherrschenden Prozessautomation beschftigt. Die Richtlinie VDI 5600 Blatt 1 hat diese Bemhungen auf die Bedarfe der diskreten Fertigung bertragen. Die Richtlinie VDI 5600 Blatt 4 ist als Ergnzung zur Richtlinie VDI 5600 Blatt 1 zu
17、 sehen. Sie zeigt interessierten Unternehmen in welchem Ma sie ihre Produktionsablufe und -strategien (im Folgen-den Produktionssysteme genannt) untersttzen kn-nen und definiert dafr relevante Aufgaben. In modernen Unternehmen werden zunehmend Fer-tigungsmanagementsysteme zur zeitnahen Steue-rung un
18、d Visualisierung der Produktionsablufe eingesetzt. In diesem Bereich haben sich MES-Systeme als Bindeglied zwischen den Fertigungsan-lagen und den bergeordneten ERP-Systemen (En-terprise-Ressource-Planning-Systemen) etabliert. Ziel der eingesetzten IT-Systeme sowohl auf ERP-Ebene als auch MES-Ebene
19、ist stets eine bestmgliche Introduction In 2006, with guideline VDI 5600 Part 1, the VDI adopted a definition for MES systems for the Euro-pean region. For the first time, MES were defined based on a 3-level hierarchy. MES systems support production management between the corporate management level
20、and the process level. The re-quired real-time capability of MES systems was defined here. Another important feature of MES is the extent of support they provide for the produc-tion management. Not only automation, but also order, quality and personnel management are es-sential aspects in this regar
21、d. In the past, attempts to define MES focused mainly on the process in-dustry and the degree of automation of its process-es. In guideline VDI 5600 Part 1, on the other hand, the focus was shifted to the requirements of discrete part manufacturing. Guideline VDI 5600 Part 4, should be regarded as a
22、 supplement to the guideline defined in VDI 5600 Part 1. Interested companies should get an indication on the extend to that MES can support their production processes and strategies (hereinafter referred to as production systems) and what tasks defined in the guideline would be relevant in this reg
23、ard. In modern companies, manufacturing execution sys-tems are increasingly used for implementing real-time control and visualisation of production se-quences. In this area, MES systems have established themselves as the connecting link between the manufacturing facilities and the higher-ranking ERP
24、 systems (Enterprise Resource Planning systems). 26、. Dabei variiert die Produktionsphilosophie zwischen den Unternehmen je nach Produktsortiment, Bran-che oder Entwicklungsgrad der Fertigung sehr stark. Einige wichtige Einflussgren fr die unterschied-lichen Fertigungstypen sind z. B. die Ausgestaltung und Flexibilitt auf der Seite der Rohmaterialbe-
27、schaffung, die Ressourcensituation der Produktions-kapazitten, die Variantenvielfalt, rechtliche Mg-lichkeiten und insbesondere auch die Erwartungen der Kunden auf der Absatzseite hinsichtlich Liefer-flexibilitt und Qualitt. Aus diesem Spannungsfeld heraus haben sich in den Betrieben aber auch auf d
28、em wissenschaftlichen Sektor unterschiedliche Produktionssysteme und Instrumente herausgebildet. Im europischen und angloamerikanischen Einflussbereich haben sich mehrheitlich deterministische Planungssysteme wie MRP (Material Requirement Planning) oder MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) strker
29、 entwi-ckelt. In Japan haben sich allen voran bei Toyota sehr stark autonome absatzorientierte Systeme wie JIT/JIS (Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence) oder Kanban entwickelt. Die zahlreichen Vertreter dieser Planungsanstze lassen sich von ihrem Ansatz her mehr oder weniger in Push oder Pull, zentrale od
30、er dezentrale und in verbrauchsgesteuerte oder pro-grammgesteuerte Systeme einteilen. Etwas spter sind neben den reinen Planungsaspek-ten andere Themen wie Qualitt (z. B. durch TQM Total Quality Management) oder Six-Sigma, hohe Verfgbarkeit (z. B. in Form von TPM To-tal Productive Maintenance) oder
31、wertschpfungs-orientierte berlegungen wie das Lean Manage-ment in den Fokus der Fertigungsoptimierung ge-rckt. Schonberger kombinierte die Methoden JIT, TQM und TPM weiter zu WCM (World Class Manufacturing) 1. Trotz neuer Anstze, die in der Wissenschaft in den letzten Jahren entstanden sind, bestimm
32、t die de-terministisch planende Produktionsstrategie immer noch groe Teile der Fertigungswelt. Reaktionsf-hige und transparente Fertigungssysteme, die zur weiteren Verbesserung der Liefertreue und der Kundenzufriedenheit notwendig wren, sind im-mer noch deutlich in der Minderheit. 33、ES-Aufgaben, wie sie in der Richtlinienreihe VDI 5600 beschrieben sind, bieten die Mglich-keit, den Weg zu reaktionsfhigen und transparen-ten Unternehmen zu untersttzen. In the European and Anglo-American sphere of influence, mainly de-terministic p
37、lanning systems, such as MRP (mate-rial requirement planning) or MRPII (manufactur-ing resource planning), were developed. Japan first and foremost Toyota on the other hand, de-veloped highly autonomous sales-oriented systems, such as JIT/JIS (just in time/just in sequence) or Kanban. Based on their
38、 respective approach, the various planning systems can generally be divided into push or pull, centralised or decentralised, and in consumption-driven or program-driven systems. While initially the focus was placed merely on planning-related aspects, manufacturing optimisa-tion later also included o
39、ther topics such as quality (e.g. through TQM total quality management) or Six Sigma, high availability (e.g. in the form of TPM total productive maintenance), or value adding considerations, such as the lean manage-ment. Schonberger combined the JIT, TQM and TPM methods to develop WCM (world class

Even though new approaches were developed in science over the past few years, the deterministic planning production strategy continues to deter-mine major parts of the world of production. Transparent manufacturing systems that have the ability to respond quickly, and which could

The diverse MES tasks described in the series of guidelines VDI 5600 can assist a company in becoming more transparent and in improving its ability to respond to changing requirements. Als Erweiterung zur Richtlinie VDI 5600 Blatt 1 wurde Anfang 2010 eine Arbeitsgruppe gegrndet, um den Entscheidungstrgern genau in diesen Fra-gen eine Hilfestell
46、ung bei der Anwendung von MES in den unterschiedlichen Produktionssystemen zu geben. Das vorliegende Richtlinienblatt gibt einen berblick ber verbreitete Produktionssysteme und Instrumente sowie deren Ausprgungen. Davon abgeleitet ergeben sich die wesentlichen Wirkun-gen dieser Systeme und deren Unt
47、ersttzung durch MES. Damit richtet sich das Werk im Besonderen an die Fachbereiche des Business Engineerings, an Prozessverantwortliche, die Organisationsentwick-lung, das Controlling, das Fertigungsmanagement und an alle Beteiligten im Auswahl- und Einfh-rungsprozess eines MES, an Berater sowie an

49、rt the produc-tion strategies, some of which have been devel-oped and improved over many years? In what way and to what extent do MES tasks (for definition refer to VDI 5600 Part 1) support the implemented production systems and ap-plied production strategies?
