Sie wurde fr diese Ausgabe in einigen Absch

28、nitten berarbeitet und dem Stand der Technik angepasst. Hierbei sind Erfahrungen aus der Bearbei-tung von Blatt 2 bis Blatt 6 der Richtlinienreihe und auch die Anregungen von Fachleuten eingeflossen, die bei ihrer Arbeit die Richtlinie anwenden.Bei der Planung und Ausfhrung von Sanitrrumen ist eine

29、Vielzahl von Anforderungen zu beachten. Dies sind insbesondere:gestiegene KomforterwartungHygiene-Anforderungeneine funktionstchtige, praktikable und visuell an-sprechende AusstattungWasser- und Energieeinsparungwirtschaftliche InstallationsmethodenNeben Neubauten gewinnen der Aus- und Umbau so-wie

30、die Modernisierung im Altbaubereich wegen beralterung oder Abnutzung der vorhandenen Ein-richtungen und Anlagen zunehmend an Bedeutung.Sanitrrume sollen so flexibel geplant und ausge-fhrt werden, dass ohne groen Aufwand eine An-passung an die jeweiligen Bedrfnisse, fr Menschen jeden Alters und fr Me

31、nschen mit unterschiedlichen Behinderungen, mglich ist. Aus diesem Grunde werden hier ergnzende Anmerkungen zur Planung, Ausfhrung und Einrichtung von barrierefreien Sani-trrumen nach DIN 18 025 gemacht.Mit dieser Richtlinie werden unter Bercksichtigung vorgenannter Punkte Hinweise gegeben, wie Sani

32、tr-rume in Wohnungen beschaffen sein sollen. Dabei ist auch die wichtige Forderung bercksichtigt, dass Sanitrraumplanung und Sanitrausstattung den Menschen als Bezug und Ma haben sollen. Bezge auf die zurckgezogene DIN 18 022 wurden gegenber der Vorausgabe dieser Richtlinie heraus-genommen.1 Anwendu

33、ngsbereichDie Richtlinie gibt Hinweise fr Planung, Bemes-sung und Ausstattung von Sanitrrumen, wie Bad, Gste-WC, Kche, Waschkche und Hausarbeits-rume, in Wohnungen. Sie gilt dabei fr Mietwohnungen, Eigentumswoh-nungen und Appartements in Ein- und Mehrfamilien-wohngebuden. In Abgrenzung und Ergnzung

34、zu dieser Richtlinie sind u. a. zu beachten: IntroductionGuideline VDI 6000 Part 1 was first published in January 2002. For the present edition some sections have been revised and brought into line with the cur-rent state of the art. Here there has been input from ex-perience gained during work on P

35、art 2 to Part 6 of the guideline and also from suggestions from specialists who use the guideline during the course of their work.A large number of requirements must be taken into consideration in the planning and design of sanitary facilities. These include in particular:increased expectations rela

36、ting to comforthygiene requirementsfunctionally reliable, practical and visually ap-pealing facilitieswater and energy savingseconomically efficient installation methodsAlongside new buildings, the extension, conversion and modernisation of old buildings due to the obso-lescence of existing faciliti

37、es and installations is be-coming increasingly important.Sanitary facilities should be planned and built with enough flexibility for them to be adaptable without great expense to the relevant needs, for all individuals of any age and for individuals with different handi-caps. For this reason supplem

38、entary notes are pro-vided here on the planning, implementation and in-stallation of sanitary facilities with disabled and wheelchair access in accordance with DIN 18 025.Taking the above-mentioned aspects into account, this guideline provides information on how sanitary facilities in private housin

39、g should be designed. It also takes into consideration the important require-ment that both the planning of sanitary facilities and the sanitary equipment itself should take the individ-ual as a measure and reference.In contrast to the preliminary issue of this guideline, references to the withdrawn

40、 DIN 18 022 have been removed.1ScopeThis guideline provides information on the planning, dimensioning and the provision and installation of sanitary facilities such as bathrooms, guest WCs, kitchens, laundry rooms and utility rooms in private housing.It applies to rented dwellings, owner-occupied dw
