Einleitung Die Richtlinienreihe VDI/VDE 3699 nennt Regeln und gibt Empfehlungen fr die Gestaltung von Darstellungen (vorgestaltete Darstellungen, Flie-bilder, Kurven, Meldungen) und fr die Bedienung b

Im Gegensatz zum statischen Fliebild (DIN EN ISO 10628) stellt das hier behandelte Fliebild die Struktur der Anlage sowie der Leittechnik dar und ermglicht dem Operator E

17、ingriffe zur Prozessfh-rung. Wichtiger Hinweis Um dem Anwender der Richtlinie eine reali-ttsnahe Darstellung der Fliebilder auf Bildschirmen zu zeigen, stehen die farbigen Bilder (Bild 4 bis Bild 6 und Bild 12 bis Bild 15) als Datei auf der beiliegenden Dis-kette zur Verfgung. Introduction The series of standards VDI/VDE 3699 specifies regulations and gives recommendations regarding the design of displays (preformatted displays, mimics, curves, messages) and for using ful

In contrast to static mimics in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10628, the mimic dealt with here represents the structure of the plant and the control system and enables the operator to intervene for process co

Die Richtlinie ist anzuwenden fr die Darstellung von verfahrens- und leittechnischen Fliebildern, die zur Prozessfhrung im bestimmungsgemen Produktions- bz

26、w. Forschungsbetrieb automatisier-ter Anlagen der chemischen und petrochemischen Verfahrenstechnik genutzt werden. Sie gilt auer-dem fr Anlagen zur Dampferzeugung sowie fr verfahrenstechnische Anlagen im Bereich der Ei-senhttenindustrie, soweit nicht fr die genannten Anlagen oder Teilanlagen besonde

28、 Prozessfhrung mit Bildschirmen 1 Scope This standard stipulates regulations and gives rec-ommendations for the display of process and con-trol mimics on process control screens. The appli-cation of these regulations leads to displays and controls which are compatible with those for preformatted dis

29、-plays, curves and messages, comply with valid Technical Rules, and are based on ergonomic knowledge. Appropriate application of the recommendations leads to uniform man-machine interfaces at various workstations with the following advantages. The planning of mimics becomes easier because repetitive

30、 consideration of recurrent delibera-tions and specifications is dispensed with in new projects. The correct interpretation of mimics is more reliable and easier for operators who work with different systems (e.g. in various control rooms). This standard is to be applied to the display of process an

31、d control mimics which are used for controlling processes in normal production or re-search operation of automated plants in chemical and petrochemical process engineering. It also applies to steam generation plants and to process engineering plants in the iron and steel industry, provided that no p

32、articular regulations are to be observed in these plants or plant sections, as is the case e.g. in nuclear-powered plants. 34、on Fliebildern Neben den in VDI/VDE 3699 Blatt 2, Blatt 4 und Blatt 5 behandelten Darstellungen zur Prozessfh-rung sind Fliebilder eine bliche, aber nicht aus-schlieliche Mglichkeit, Daten und Informationen in verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen darzustellen. Zur Einordnung von Fliebildern dient das folge

35、nde Koordinatensystem 1 (Bild 1). Auf der Ordinate sind mgliche Arten der Darstel-lung dafr aufgetragen, wie eine verfahrenstechnische Anlage aussieht (physische Form, z. B. eine Pumpe, Messstellen an Rohrleitungen), wie sie funktioniert (fr den darin stattfinden-den Prozess, z. B. Wrmetransfer, che

36、mische Stoffumwandlung) und welches Ziel mit der Anlage erreicht werden soll (z. B. hoher Wirkungsgrad, Produktqualitt, geringe Umweltbelastung). Auf der Abszisse sind fr obige Darstellungsmg-lichkeiten verschiedene Detaillierungsgrade (Anla-ge, Teilanlage, Anlageteil) aufgetragen. Untersuchungen un

37、d Beobachtungen von Operato-ren beim Ausben ihrer Aufgaben in der Prozess-leitwarte 2 haben ergeben, dass sie sich beim Lsen von Problemen wie folgt verhalten: Reagieren auf Abweichungen vom Ziel des Pro-zesses berprfen der Funktion von Teilanlagen genaue Betrachtung einzelner Anlageteile Fr dieses

38、ideale Problemlsungsverhalten sollten sich Darstellungen bevorzugt entlang des im Bild 1 dargestellten Bereichs von links oben nach rechts unten einordnen lassen. Die in dieser Richtlinie behandelten Fliebilder knnen durch zustzliche Darstellungen ergnzt werden, z. B. durch bersichtsdarstellungen ge

39、m Anhang B oder durch Videoaufnahmen aus beson-ders wichtigen oder unzugnglichen Bereichen der Anlage. 3.1 Zweck von Fliebildern Im Fliebild werden verfahrenstechnische und/ oder leittechnische Einrichtungen zur Prozessfh-rung dargestellt. Die Anteile der verfahrens- und leittechnischen Informatione

40、n knnen verschieden stark ausgeprgt sein (Bild 2). Auerdem knnen mit Fliebildern auf Bildschirmen Eingriffe in den Prozess vorgenommen werden. 3 Purpose, types and properties of mimics In addition to the displays for process control dealt with in VDI/VDE 3699 Part 2, Part 4 and Part 5, mimics are a

41、common, but not exclusive, possibil-ity of displaying data and information in process-ing plants. The following coordinate system puts the use of mimics in context 1 (Figure 1). The ordinate shows possible purposes of display, such as showing how a process plant appears (physical form, e.g. a pump,

42、measuring points on pipes), how it functions (for the process taking place within it, e.g. heat transfer, chemical substance conversion), and what objective the plant wants to achieve (e.g. high efficiency, product quality, low environ-mental pollution). The abscissa shows various degrees of detail

43、(plant, plant section, plant component) for the above possible displays. Investigations and observation of operators when exercising their tasks in the process control room 2 have revealed the following problem-solving behaviour: reaction to deviations from the objective of the process checking the

44、functioning of plant sections precise examination of individual plant compo-nents For this ideal problem solving behaviour, displays should preferably be arrangeable from top left to bottom right along the area shown in Figure 1. The mimics dealt with in this standard can be sup-plemented by additio

45、nal displays, e.g. by overview displays as shown in Annex B or video pictures of particularly important or inaccessible regions of the plant. 3.1 Purpose of mimics The mimic displays processing and/or control equipment for the purpose of controlling the proc-ess. The proportion of process or control

46、 informa-tion can vary (see Figure 2). Furthermore, mim-ics on screens may be used to enable intervention with the process.
