6、 As for me, I always drink a glass of milk in the morning. I think that helps me grow taller and taller these years. However, I have one bad eating habit. I cant help eating a lot of meat every meal so Im a bit fat now.To keep healthy, on the one hand, we should eat more vegetables and fruit.
