19、rformance.Theproductscanberegardedasaidstoconspicuitythatperformbestincircumstancesofverylow ambientlighting.Onliturbanroads,productsconformingtoEN471:1994orEN1150arenecessarytoprovide conspicuity.Inanycircumstanceinwhichthefailureofavehicledrivertobecomeawareofanotherroadusercould resultintheseriou

20、sinjuryordeathofthatroaduser,onlyhighconspicuitygarmentscanberecommendedforuse.
