4、Third Edition, Dated September 30, 2005Summary of TopicsThis new edition of the Standard for Switches for Appliances Part 1: GeneralRequirements, UL 61058-1, is harmonized with CSA and is a result of ULs bulletins onthis subject dated January 28, 2005 and April 15, 2005. The title page reflects theS

5、eptember 23, 2005 ANSI recognition of this new edition of the Standard. Prior to thethird edition of UL 61058-1, the requirements for the products covered by this Standardwere included in the second edition of UL 61058-1A. The third edition of UL 61058-1supersedes the second edition of UL 61058-1A.T

6、he new and revised requirements are substantially in accordance with ULs Proposal(s) on this subjectdated January 28, 2005 and April 15, 2005.As indicated on the title page (page 1), this UL Standard for Safety is an American National Standard.Attention is directed to the note on the title page of t
