25、The object of IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications, Technical Reports, Publicly Available Spec

The formats are classified into submission format, interchange format and readers
40、format. The submission format supports an interaction between authors and data preparers. The readers format depends on e-publishing equipment. The interchange format provides an interchange format for data preparers and publishers and therefore should be e-publishing equipment independent. The Inte
