23、dard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments FOREWORD 1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote internatio
24、nal co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications, Technical Reports, Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter ref
25、erred to as “IEC Publication(s)”). Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate i
26、n this preparation. IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of IEC on technical matters express, as nearly as possible, an interna
27、tional consensus of opinion on the relevant subjects since each technical committee has representation from all interested IEC National Committees. 3) IEC Publications have the form of recommendations for international use and are accepted by IEC National Committees in that sense. While all reasonab
28、le efforts are made to ensure that the technical content of IEC Publications is accurate, IEC cannot be held responsible for the way in which they are used or for any misinterpretation by any end user. 4) In order to promote international uniformity, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC Pu
29、blications transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional publications. Any divergence between any IEC Publication and the corresponding national or regional publication shall be clearly indicated in the latter. 5) IEC itself does not provide any attestation of conformit
30、y. Independent certification bodies provide conformity assessment services and, in some areas, access to IEC marks of conformity. IEC is not responsible for any services carried out by independent certification bodies. 6) All users should ensure that they have the latest edition of this publication.
31、 7) No liability shall attach to IEC or its directors, employees, servants or agents including individual experts and members of its technical committees and IEC National Committees for any personal injury, property damage or other damage of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, or for
32、costs (including legal fees) and expenses arising out of the publication, use of, or reliance upon, this IEC Publication or any other IEC Publications. 8) Attention is drawn to the Normative references cited in this publication. Use of the referenced publications is indispensable for the correct app
33、lication of this publication. 9) Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this IEC Publication may be the subject of patent rights. IEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. This consolidated version of IEC 61000-6-3 consists of the se

The technical content is therefore identical to the base edition and its amendment and has been prepared for user convenience

Additions and deletions are displayed in red, with deletions being struck through. 4 61000-6-3 IEC:2006+A1:2010 International Standard IEC 61000-6-3 has been prepared by CISPR subcommittee H: Limits fo

The committee has decided that the contents of the base publication and its amendments will remain unchanged until the stability date indicated on the IEC web site under “http:/we

Others will be published with the part number followed by a dash and a second number identifying the subdivision (example: 61000-6-1). 6 61000-6-3 IEC:2006+A1:2010 ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILIT
42、Y (EMC) Part 6-3: Generic standards Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments 1 Scope and object This part of IEC 61000 for EMC emission requirements applies to electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use in residential, commercial and light-industrial
43、environments. Emission requirements in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz are covered. No measurement needs to be performed at frequencies where no requirement is specified. This generic EMC emission standard is applicable if no relevant dedicated product or product-family EMC emission standard exi

This standard applies to apparatus intended to be directly connected to a low-voltage public mains network or connected to a dedicated DC source, which is intended to interface between the apparatus and the low-voltage public mains network. This standard applies also to apparatus which is batte
45、ry operated or is powered by a non-public, but non-industrial, low-voltage power distribution system if this apparatus is intended to be used in the locations described below. The environments encompassed by this standard are residential, commercial and light-industrial locations, both indoor and ou

The following list, although not comprehensive, gives an indication of locations that are included: residential properties, for example houses, apartments; retail outlets, for example shops, supermarkets; business premises, for example offices, banks; areas of public entertainment, for exampl
47、e cinemas, public bars, dance halls; outdoor locations, for example petrol stations, car parks, amusement and sports centres; light-industrial locations, for example workshops, laboratories, service centres. Locations that are characterised by being supplied directly at low voltage from the public m
48、ains network are considered to be residential, commercial or light-industrial. The object of this standard is to define the emission test requirements for apparatus defined in the scope in relation to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances. The emission requirements have been
49、selected so as to ensure that disturbances generated by apparatus operating normally in residential, commercial and light-industrial locations do not exceed a level which could prevent other apparatus from operating as intended. Fault conditions of apparatus are not taken into account. Not all disturbance phenomena have been included for testing purposes in this standard
