12、lication This International Standard gives a third list of the most fre- quent terms used in equipment for vine cultivation and wine making, together with their definitions. NOTE - Some of the definitions are illustrated by drawings; the latter are given only for information. Terms and definitions 3

13、4 must (crude must) : Fresh grape juice which has not undergone fermentation. 35 clear must : Crude must rid of its insoluble particles. 36 crude wine : Product resulting exclusively from the com- plete or partial fermentation of fresh grapes or must. 37 clear wine : Crude wine rid of its insoluble

14、particles. 38 marc : Solid material from the grapes after passing through the press. NOTE - The vatted grapes are commonly called vatted marc which is incorrect. 39 marc cake : Compressed marc. 40 sulphur doser : Apparatus determining the dosage of the sulphur dioxide Prior to its introduction into
