Scope1.1 This specification covers lap cement consisting of as-phalt dissolved in a volatile petroleum solvent

The values stated ineach system may not be ex
4、act equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the other. Rejection and Resubmittal8.1 Failure to conform to any of the requirements prescribedin this specification may constitute grounds for rejection. In thecase of rejection, the sel
11、ler shall have the right to reinspect therejected material and resubmit the lot after removal of thosepackages not conforming to the requirements.9. Packaging and Package Marking9.1 All products shall be packaged and labeled in accor-dance with applicable regulations. Each package shall bemarked to
