Employees should be instructed to carry their identity cards while on duty. Identity car ds should be withdr a wn fr om emplo
10、 y ees r enewing their car ds or lea ving the or g anization, and destroyed in a secure manner, which should preclude any further use of the withdrawn card. A record of identity cards issued should be maintained. This record should also indicate the status and location of withdr a wn car ds, e.g. w
11、hether the y ha v e been destr o y ed or lost , or w her e the y ar e held by the employee/organization. 6 Risk assessment The cont e xt in w hich the t erm “risk assessment” is included within DD CL C/TS 501317 r elat es solely to the determination of the grade and the design of the I&HAS. A suitab
12、le form of wording for inclusion in documentation r elating t o the location (risk) surv e y f or an I&HA S is as f ollo w s: “This assessment relates solely to the grading and design of the I&HAS according to DD CLC/ TS 501317. The grading and design are based on a survey of the premises and inform

14、ld-up devices F or I&HA Ss installed under this scheme and w hich include holdup de vice, these de vices should conform to BS 47373.14:1986, 3.2 b) or 3.2c). A.2 Police response Systems that are installed as Grade 2, Option E or Grade 1 (see BS EN 501311:2006+A2:2017, T able 10), should not be used
15、t o initiat e a police r esponse. A.3 BS EN 50131-1:2006+A2:2017, 8.3.1, Level 2 authorization for level 3 access NOTE BS EN 501311 does not specify how long level 2 authorization may remain active or that it is required individually each time that level 3 access is required. There is thus no time l
16、imit, and level 2 authorization may remain in force until manually removed (see BS EN 501313:2009, 8.3.1). A.4 BS EN 50131-1:2006+A2:2017, 8.8, Interconnections All conditions that allo w an option of “f ault” or “tamper” should be pr ocessed as “tamper” conditions (see BS EN 501311:2006+A2:2017, T able 19). A.5 Requirements (applicable to systems installed in compliance with BS 8243) for setting
18、 and/or unsetting using a remote device as a “Remote Non-I&HAS Interface” A.5.1 Use of remote devices for setting of IAS It should be possible t o achie v e completion of the full setting b y one of the methods list ed in BS 8243. 21、 only permitted if the requirements of BS EN 501311:2006+A2:2017, 8.3.5 “Prevention of setting” are met (i.e. “Setting of an I&HAS or part thereof shall be prevented, unless overridden as permitted in 8.3.6, when one or more of the conditions shown in Table 4 is present.”).
