3、ION 3 OIL TANK AND FUEL OIL TANK BARGES 1 General (Revise Paragraph 5-2-3/1.11, as follows:) 1.11 Deck Cargo (1 July 2017) Where it is intended to carry cargo on the deck, this is to be clearly indicated on the drawings submitted for approval. Where the liquid cargo is a combustible liquid having a
4、flashpoint at or below 60C (140F) (closed cup test), a documented procedure to address the hazards is to be in place.
