20、ial supplied by a particular manufacturer and stored under identical conditions. NOTE : Equipment failure would require recalibration of some parts of the installation and would therefore terminate the manufacture of the production batch. 3.2 Manufacturer See EN 2000. 3.3 Purchaser Body which purcha

21、ses the products from a manufacturer or a stockist in accordance with the requirements of the user. NOTE : The purchaser may also be the user. 3.4 User See EN 2000. 23、 modified acrylic polymer or co-polymer mainly consisting of methyl methacrylate. The characteristics are specified in table 1. 5 Class A : Class B : Class C : Class D : 6 6.1 Classes of optical quality optical deviation less than or equal to 130“ (0,00043 rad). Optical distortion less than or equal

24、 to gradient of 1/17 at an optical incidence of 60“. optical deviation less than or equal to 3 (0,00087 rad). Optical distortion less than or equal to gradient of 1/17 at an optical incidence of 60“. optical deviation less than or equal to 6 (0,00175 rad). Optical distortion less than or equal to gr

25、adient of 1/12 at an optical incidence of 45. optical deviation less than or equal to 10 (0,00291 rad). Optical distortion less than or equal to gradient of 1/12 at zero optical incidence. Physical characteristics Density See table 1 6.2 Water absorption See table 1. The water absorption shall be de

26、termined after conditioning for 96 h at 70C. 7 Appearance 7.1 have a high quality finish. The sheets shall be colouriess, free from scratches, crazing, voids or inhomogeneities and 7.2 The sheets in classes A and B shall satisfy the following requirements : - No defect larger than those defined in E

27、N 21 55-6. - Sheets containing major or minor defects defined in EN 2155-6 shall be acceptable if : . an area enclosed by a circle of 150 mm radius around each major defect shall contain no other major defect and not more than three minor defects, . other major defect and not more than five minor de
