It is published for the needs of the European Aerospace Industry. It has been technical

4、ly approved by the experts of the concerned Domain following member comments. Subsequent to the publication of this Prestandard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard. After e

5、xamination and review by users and formal agreement of ASD-STAN, it will be submitted as a draft European Standard (prEN) to CEN (European Committee for Standardization) for formal vote and transformation to full European Standard (EN). 12、etallic cylindrical component of uniform section used to form the conductor or shielding 3.3 plated strand strand covered by a thin metallic layer in order to improve performance or facilitate connections 3.4 jacket external covering of a cable containing one or more screened or unscreened conductor

13、(s) 3.5 insulation the part of the cable surrounding the conductor and consisting of insulating material 3.6 sheath protective envelope added to the insulated conductor when necessary to improve its properties of mechanical resistance or resistance to fluids NOTE It may also be added to provide a su
