This Commercial Item Description (CID) describes an anti-freeze recovery system which recycles engine coolants by distillation. Salient charact eristics , The unit shall be portabl
2、e and hoses shall be provided for removing the contaminated coolant from the radiator and over flow, draining coolant from the block and replenishing the system. Additives shall be available and easily capable of being added to the purified solution. The recycled solution shall be capable of being h
3、eld in a separate reservoir and/or dispensed from the machine. Additives shall be capable of being dispensed from the unit in order to restore the proper silica and corrosion inhibitors. The unit shall be designed and constructed for withstanding the strains, shocks and vibrations incident to shippi
4、ng and operations. The unit shall be designed to be corrosion resistant. The unit shall be supplied with a distillation process vessel, a vacuum pump, a chiller, a outlet drain for the purified anti-freeze, a container for the new coolant and a container for the processed water. Pump flow rate of 2-
5、6 gallon per minute (gpm). The pump and all accessories used on the unit shall be operable from a 115 volt, 1 phase, 60 Hz, 20 amp output receptacle.
