Delete parenthetical source paragraph in its entirety and substitute the following

3、: “(Copies of specifications, standards, drawings, and publications required by contractors in connection with specific procurement functions should be obtained from the procuring activity or as directed by the contracting officer , )I1 PAGE 2 Paragraph 3.3.1 m. Delete second and third sentence. Add

4、 the following new paragraph. “3.3.1.2 Reclaimed materials. The use of reclaimed materials shall be encouraged to the maximum extent possible without jeopardizing the intended end use of the item.“ PAGE 4 Delete “4.1 Responsibility for inspection“ and substitute: “4.1 Responsibility for inspection.

5、Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the con- tract, the contractor may use his/her own or any other facilitites suitablefor the performance of the inspection
