17、quipped with parking brake. * 3.6.12 - Cab. Manufacturers standard full-width model cab shall be furnished. Cab doors shall be equipped with locks, operable from inside the cab through mechanical linkage, and with at least the curb side door equipped with external, key-operated lock. cab shall have

18、upholstered, full-width, adjustable seat and back, or individual adjustable drivers seat and passenger seat. Manufacturers standard fasteners and not less than two pairs of seat belts shall be installed on the truck. 3.6.12.1 Cab roof. The cab roof shall provide for an area fitted with safety glass,

19、 with power operated wiping device, to permit obscr- vation of the insulator washing operation from the drivers position. Glass shall be tinted, slanted for drainage, slide open, and cover an area approximately half the cab width and forward-to-rear dimensions as long as practicable. cab roof shall

25、3.6.18 Heater and defroster. Hot water heater shall be provided. Heater shall have fresh air intakes. Discharge outlets shall be pro- vided to direct heated air to floor and to defroster louvers. Heater shall be complete with blower and mounted controls convenient to the driver. 3.6.19 Controls and

The body of the truck shall consist of a hydraulically operated extend

31、able boom unit, frame mounted at rear of truck, a water tank of not less than 1,000 gallon capacity, frame mounted at rear of cab, and various associated equipment as specified herein. 3.7.1 Boom. - The boom shall be fabricated from telescoping steel sections incorporating top, bottom, and side roll

Rivets shall be driven with pressure tools and shall completely fill the holes.
