Testers shall be serial numbered and parts s1d be marked for identification by part number in accordance with EZIL-STD-130. . 3.9 Finish.
23、 The cabinet shall be painted wrinkle black in accordance with color number 37038, FEDSTD-595, outside ony. Inside shall be painted one coat black lacquer conforming to KU+ L-6D5. 3.10 Workmanship. The tester shall be constructed and finished in accordance with good workmanship. Particular attention

QUALITY ASSWCE PROVSIONS 4.1 Inspection responsibility. The supplier
25、 is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified here- in. Except as otherwise specified, the supplier may utilise his own or any other inspection facilities and services acceptable to the government. tests shall be kept complete and available to the government as spec
26、ified in the contract or order. The government reserves the right to perform any or all of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Inspection records of the examination and 4.2 Insp
27、ection lots. When so required by the inspector, the testers shall be submitted for Government inspection in lots. The size of the lots and the manner in which they are formed (autput of one assembly line, operator, etc., for a period of time such as a shift day, week, or definite number of units) sh

Each tester shall be given an . operational test to determine cmwce with the requiremnts specified herein. 4.4.4 Delay accuracy test. To determine operational accuracy specified in 3.4.1.1, an electronic counter ohail be used to
33、detemine accuracy at 5, 20, and 50 millisecond dial indications. The counter shali be a Hewlett-Packard, Model 522B or a counter of equivalent accuracy. Failure of any tester to pass the test of 4.4.4 shall be cause for rejection of all testers which have been

When contractor has corrected fault which caused rejection, aU testers within the serial lot shall pass the test of 4.4.4 before acceptance is made. 4.5 Preproduction tests. 4.5.1 Preproduction test samples. The preproduction test samples
36、shell consist of models representative of the production tester. procuring activity or when so stated in the contract, at the contractors plant under the supervision of the procuring activity. 4.5.2 Preproduction test report. After the contractor campletes the preproduction tests, he shall furnish t
