8、r. Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of Standards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly and materially affected interests. Substantial agreement means much more than a simple majority, but not necessarily unanimity. Consensus requires that all view

9、s and objections be considered, and that a concerted effort be made toward their resolution. 38、06 All rights reserved 194.0 Restrictions (Mandatory) There are no known restrictions in the use of the submitted check image test and related technology. 5.0 Availability (Mandatory) The “Undersize Image Dimension“ check image test is expected to be available for use in production environments with

39、in 12 months of acceptance by the RMG. 6.0 Intellectual Property (Mandatory) To the best of our knowledge, there is no Intellectual Property bearing on the requested check image test. 7.0 Field Test (Optional) 8.0 Platform (Optional) 9.0 Possible Causes for Condition Being Tested (Optional) Possible

40、 sources for the undersize image dimension defect include: Torn document. An image where a significant portion of the original source document is absent (top missing, right side missing, bottom missing, or left side missing). Folded document. An image where a significant portion of the original sour

41、ce document is folded (top edge folded, right edge folded, bottom edge folded, or left edge folded). Improperly framed document, e.g. image capture begins too late, or ends too early. An image where the leading edge or trailing edge of the document has been truncated due to a camera synchronization error during the image capture process. 10.0 Additional Information (Optional)
