This practice describesspecimen preparation and mounting procedures for such ma-terials and systems.5.2 The limitations for this procedure are those associatedwith Test Method E84.5.3 Additional LimitationsThis practice do

If the test specimen is not self-supporting, furtherguidance can be found in the appendix of Test Method E84.5.4 This practice shall not apply to vinyl stretch ceilingmaterials, which are covered by Practice E2599.6

23、. Conditioning6.1 The test specimens shall be conditioned as described inthe section on specimen conditioning in Test Method E84.7. Test Specimens7.1 Testing is to be conducted of test specimens represent-ing the composite site-fabricated stretch system.7.2 The test specimen shall contain a frame, c

Thetest specimens shall have a width of between 2014 in. and 24in. (514 mm and 60

25、9 mm), a total length of 24 ft + 12 in. 6in. (7.32 m + 305 mm 152 mm), a minimum thickness of 0.5in. (13 mm) and a maximum thickness of 4 in. (101 mm). Thetotal test specimen shall consist of sections joined end-to-end.The minimum length of each section shall be the minimum sizeof the system to be u
