3、2 (FC-PH-2),and to ANSI X3.303-1998, Fibre Channel Physical and Signaling Interface-3 (FC-PH-3), and is an adden-dum to these documents.Approval of an American National Standard requires review by ANSI that therequirements for due process, consensus, and other criteria for approval havebeen met by t

4、he standards developer.Consensus is established when, in the judgement of the ANSI Board ofStandards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly andmaterially affected interests. Substantial agreement means much more thana simple majority, but not necessarily unanimity. Consensus requ

17、enhancement to the ANSI X3.230-1994 (FC-PH), X3.297-1997 (FC-PH-2), and X3.303-199X (FC-PH-3) and is an extension to these docu-ments.This standard was developed by Task Group T11.2 of Accredited Standards Commit-tee NCITS during 1997-8. The standards approval process started in 1998.Requests for in
