34、emantic definitions of fields in DSMCC-addressable-section For field semantics not defined below, refer to subclause 9.2.2.1. table-id - this is an 8-bit field which shall be set to Ox3F. error-detection-type - This is a 1 bit flag. When set to I, it indicates the presence of the checksum field. Whe

35、n set to O, it indicates the presence of the CRC-32 field. deviceld - This 48-bit field contains the deviceld of the intended device. The deviceld is fragmented into 6 fields of 8-bits. The deviceld fields contain either a clear or a scrambled deviceld as indicated by the address-scrambling-control

36、field. payload-scrambling-control - This 2-bit field defines the scrambling mode of the payload of the section. This includes the payload that starts after the deviceld4740 byte and excludes the checksum field. The value of this field is defined in the following table. The scrambling method applied

If this flag is set to I, the payload carries an LLC/SNAP encapsulated datagram following the deviceld4740

39、 field. The LLCSNAP structure shall indicate the type of the datagram conveyed. If this flag is set to O, the section shall contain an IP datagram without LLC/SNAP encapsulation. See subclause 9.2.5 for use of LLC/SNAP. datagram-data-byte - This 8 bit field shall contain a byte of the datagram paylo

40、ad. stuffing-byte - This is an optional 8-bit field whose value is not specified. Note: If the payload of the section is scrambled, these bytes shall be scrambled. The number of stuffing-bytes used should meet the data alignment requirements defined by the user. CRC-32 - This field shall be set as d

41、efined in ISO/IEC 13818-1:2000 Annex B. This field is only present when error-detection-type is set to O. checksum - A 32 bit checksum calculated over the entire DSMCC-addressable-section. The checksum shall be calculated by treating the DSMCC-addressable-section as a sequence of 32-bit integers and

42、 petforming ones complement addition (an Exclusive-Or or XOR operation) over all the integers, most significant byte first, then taking the ones complement of the result. For the purpose of computing the checksum, the value of the checksum field shall be considered O. If the message length is not a

43、multiple of four bytes, the message shall be considered to be appended with zeroed bytes for the purpose of checksum calculation only. If the computed result is O, then the result shall be set to OxFFFFFFFF (the alternative value for a ones complement representation of O). In cases where a checksum

44、is not desired, the value of this field shall be set to O to indicate the checksum has not been calculated. This feature is useful for networks where error detection is provided at a protocol layer lower than the MPEG-2 Transport Stream. This field is only present when error-detection-type is set to
