41、ision History Description I TIMEIA-136-972 First Revision viii TINEIA-I 36-972 I 1. 10 EGPRS-136 Network Reference Model The EGPRS-136 network reference model (see TIA/EIA-136-370) consists of the GPRS packet network 4 integrated with the TIMEIA-136 circuit network. This integration is accomplished
42、in part through the addition of the TIMEIA-41 G/S-MSCNLR network node to allow communications between these two networks using the Gs interface. In addition, an implementation specific interface between the TIA/EIA-4 1 MC/OTAF and the GPRS SMS-GMSC/SMS-IWMSC provides another communication path betwe
43、en these two networks. The term TIMEIA-41 is used to describe the network signaling supported within the TIA/EIA- 136 infiastructure. Updates to TIMEIA-41 identified in this standard are under review by TR 45.2. 1 I TINEIA-I 36-972 Figure 1 EGPRS-136 Network Reference Model INRM 2 3 4 5 6 I 8 9 10 I
