25、ommunicate in a three-way call. If either of the two non-controlling parties to an established three-way call disconnects, the remaining party is reconnected to the controlling subscriber as a normal two-party call. If the controlling subscriber of a three-way call disconnects, the conference circui
26、t and all other parties are released. Digits included with flash requests when a termination address is not expected may be ignored. Applicability to Telecommunications Services 3WC is applicable to voice telecommunication services. 1.1 Normal Procedures with Successful Outcome Authorization 3WC may
27、 be generally available or may be provided after prearrangement with the service provider. Deauthorization 3WC may be withdrawn at the subscribers request or for administrative reasons. Registration 3WC has no registration. Deregistration 3WC has no deregistration. Activation 3WC is activated upon a

29、3WC is invoked when the appropriate flash request is sent and the feature is authorized. Normal Operation With Successful Outcome 3WC allows a controlling subscriber to add a third party to an existing two-way call. If necessary, the last party added to a call may be dropped.
