Test Meshod 303 be307 h03 Inspection equipment,- Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contractor shall provide and properly utilize all gaging, measuring, and testing equipment of the required accuracy for the

11、performance of all inspeetion examinations and tests re- quired to be performed by the contractor under this contract, contractor shall be responsible for the maint;enance of the equipment including surveillance, calibration, and rehabflitation on a regularly scheduled basis, and shall have availabl

12、e, all calibration equipment and other instmentatlon essential for ealfbration and certification of the inspection equipment, The Contractor shall also maintain records of inspection equipment surveillance and calibration, and shall make these recrds available for review by the Government. The Gover

13、nment reserves the right to certify inspection equipment and to use it for Government verification inspection or acceptance inspecti on. ates features for measuring values or sizes, established by product requirements, shall be capable of measuring these values within an accuracy of 10 percent of th

16、4.4.1 Continuitye- A continuity cheek of the amplifier circuits shall be made using standard measuring equipment to determine continuity with the applicable drawing as speciffed in 301.10 4.4.2 High potential,- A high potential test of the amplifier trigger shall be tested in acconlance with Method

17、301 of Standard MIL-STD-202, and shall meet the requirements as specified in 3.102. Insulation resistancee- Immediately after satisfactorily withstanding the high potential test, the insulation resistance test shall be performed on the unit under test in accordance with Method 302, Test Condition nB

18、n, of Standard MIL-STD-202, and shall meet the requirements of 3.i030 4.4.3 4.4 output trigger pulse plus 25 volts, 4 microsecond duration, occurring 3OO,O or 2,000 ehes per second rising from 10 percent to 90 percent of null amplitude within i/2 microsecond; frequency range- 1 cycle to 3 mc per sec
