31、6. 3.4 Design and construction, The design and construction of the bath units shall be as specified herein, and as Shawn on Drawing 6-1-733 and drawings referenced thereon. 4 wire, 120 volts line to neutral on 208 volts line to line 120/208 volts. 38、r, water. Each water heater shall have no visible evidence of leakage, fractures or breakage of parts when tested as specified in 4.4.2.2.3. 3.5.4 Shower head and riser assemblv. Each shower head and riser assembly skia11 be tested for leaks when tested as specified in 4.4.2.2.4. 3.5.5 Heater, water

39、 assembly. Ail components of the water heater shall be ccmpletely assembled and tested as specified in 4.5.1 for the folluwing: (a) A minimum rate of 16 gallons per minute of water with a minimum tenrperature rise of 70%. (b) The fuel pump shall supply fuel at 100 psi gage with the bypass valve clos

(c) The combination temperature and pressure control shall stop the supply of fuel when the temperature reaches 120% and also shall alluw the fuel to flaw when the water pressure is 15 psi gage or above. (d) No leakage of the assembly, 3.5.6 Switch, overload and reset. The overload and reset swi

41、tch of the burner blower shall be capable of stopping the motor when an overload condition occurs, and of being reset to resume mtor operation after the overload condition has been eliminated (see 4.5.2). 3.6 Finish. 3.6.1 Surface preparation, After fabrication and cqletion of tests specified in 4.4
