REQUIREMENTS 3,l Material. - All materials used in the manufacture and assembly of the components shall conform to the specifications and dra

2、wings forming a part of this specification. 3.2 Manufacture and assembly. - The components shall be manufactured and assembled as specified on the subsidiary drawings listed on Drawing D11-18-2. 3.3 Top assembly. - The top assembly shall conform to Specification MIL-B-1353. 3.4 Body assembly. - The

3、body shall conform to Specification MIL-B-1353. 3.5 Compartment assembly leakage, - The compartment assembly, Drawing B11-9-62 which is listed on Drawing D11-18-2, shall not leak when tested as specified in 4.4. 3.6 Workmanship. - Workmanship shall be of such a nature that, when proper procedure is

4、followed, the components are free from any damage, defects, or contamination which, due to their nature, degree, or extent, detrimentally affect the appearance or suitability of the intended use. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Lot. 4.1.1 Pilot. - Prior to the start of regular production and fol

5、lowing any change in regular production methods, materials, or equipment, a pilot lot of like components sufficient to assemble 200 smoke candles shall be produced using the same methods, materials, and equipment as will be employed during regular pro- duction. 4,l. 2 Regular production, - A regular

6、 production lot shall consist of the components produced by one manufacturer from the same materials, and under essentially the same manufacturing conditions, The inspectionlot for non-destructive inspection, within the above limitations, shall be designated by the inspector. 4.2 Sampling for nondes

7、tructive inspection. 4.2.1 Pilot lot. - Each component in each pilot lot shall be inspected in ac- cordance with the applicable drawing and specification requirements. 4.2.2 Regular production lot. - Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with the classification of defects (4.3.3) and Standard MI
