FU?lQUIRearrS 3.1 Preproduction model. When specified (see 6.2), a prepr

5、oduction model(s) of the complete vehicle to be fimished under this specification shall be produced prior to the manufacture or fabrication of vehicles in quantity. vehicle(s) when complete shall be submitted to the Government for examination and tests to determine conformance to the requirements of

The workmanship shall be of a quality to assure that the vehicle and components th

All reliability requirements axe based on vehicles being capble of traveling the prescribed distance under the following operating conditions: (a) (b) (c) (a) (e) Amph

12、nce on hilly cross-country terrain. 3.3 Materials. 3.3.1 Qualified products. With respect to all assemblies and component parts requiring product qualification in accordance with the pertinent specifi- cations or drawings listed on the EPL cited in 3.4, and necessary in the con- struction of this ve

13、hicle, the contractor shall be responsible for using only those products which are listed (by part or drawing number as QPL items) on the QPL in referenced specification or which have been approved for inclusion on mich lists. component(s), name of supplier(s) (as listed on the QPL or in the approva

14、l letter), and number and date of the QPL from which the selection was made or date of approval letter when products are approved but not as yet listed on the QPL, 3.3.2 Ozone resistant. Rubber products procured under requirements of MIL-R-3065 are to be ozone resistant to the degree specified by th

15、e C1 require- ments of MIL-STD-417. Rubber components controlled by detail specifications shall be ozone resistant only when required by the specification referenced on the drawing.
