REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Fabricat

The Laser Ranging Commanders Control C-9134( )/VVG-1. herein referred to as the unit, shall be manufactured . . in accordance with Drawing F11738811 and drawings pertaining thereto, 3.2 General specification. The unit shall meet the following requirements , where applicable, of MIL-F-13926: a.

Soldering sha11 be in accordance with MIL- S-45743 or MIL-S-46844, except that bare copper wire exposure

10、 shall be permitted at clipped ends of component leads. 3.3 Performance. Unless otherwise specified, the unit shall meet the performance requirements of this specification at standard ambient temperatures between 60 degrees Fahrenheit (OF) and 90F. 3.3.1 Loads, power, and signals. The unit shall per

With the unit initially pressurized with nitrogen or air to 5 fl pounds per square inch gage (psig), the loss of pressure shall not exceed O. 055 psig in one-half hour, except for special sampling- environmental during which th loss of pressure shall not exce

24、ed O. 22 psig in 2 hours. 3. 3. 4 Internal pressure. Subsequent to meeting the sealing requirements, the unit shall be dry flushed with an internal atmosphere containing nitrogen or air having a dew point of at least -63. 5OF. After the unit is flushed, an internal pressure of 3. 5 +O. 5 psig shall

QUALITY ASSURANC

26、E PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified, the supplier may utilize his own or any other facilities su

27、itable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to pres

28、cribed requirements. The 4.1.1 General provisions. 35、-105. 4. 3.2 Examination and tests 4.3.2.1 Components and subassemblies. All components and sub- assemblies shall be inspected in accordance with the inspection provisions contained in the respective specifications and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provisions (SQAPt listed in the technical data pa
