REQUIRENENTS 3.1 Materials and components. 3.1.1 Materials. Ail materials cited on TDPL 122-3-43 and on the subsidiar
15、y drawings shall conform to the specifications listed thereon, or to the specific characteristics set forth on the cirawings. 301.2 Copcnts. Unless otherwise specified in the con- tract or purchase order, the contractor ic responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified h
21、erein. in the contract or purchase order, the contractor may use his OWTI or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements speci- fied herein, unless disapproved by the Government. The Government resenes the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the
22、specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Except as othervise specified 4.1.1 Responsibility for compliance. The inspection requirements specified he
25、rein are classified as follows: (a) Preproduction inspection (see 4.3). (b) Quality conformance inspect ion ( see 4.4 ) . 4.3 Preproduction inspection. 4.3.1 - Lot. A preproduction lot of 2280 cartridges, packaged and packed (6.3), shall be nianufacture using the same methods, materials, equipment,
26、and processes as Vil1 be used during regular production. 4.3.2 Inspection procedure. 4.3.2.1 For examination. A sample of 10 cartridges, 5 packaging cartons, 2 intermediate packaging boxes and 1 packing box (6.3) shall be examined to all drawing dimensions. The acceptance number is zero. 4.3.2.2 For
27、 tests. (a) Functionin . A sample of 100 cartridges shall be tested in accordance vi th rt-proof.
