REQUIRGMEHTS 3.1 Description. The crane shall be four wheel drive, pneumatic tired, diesel
36、 engine driven, whee-mounted, full revolving hydraulic telescoping boom, container crane. The crane shall conform to OSHA, ANSI, and PCSA standards as applicable by the load rating chart for the required radius. 3.1.1 Rated load. With the crane fully fueled and serviced, the axle weight shall not exceed 59,000 pounds for the heaviest axle. weight shall be 111,000 pounds. Ma

The ground clearance and the angles of approach and departure of the crane as defined in SAE 51234 shall not be less than 14 inches and 13 degrees respectively.
