13、 3.4 Insulation resistahce. - The insulation resistance of each isolated pin to alcother pins (See Table 2) electri- cally connected together shall be 20 megohms minimum when tested in accordance with 4.5.2. 15、ecified in 3.3 and 3.4 respectively after exposure to the environments specified herein. 3.5.1 Transpoytation vibk-ation. - The dispenser test adapter assembly shall be subjected to the transportation vibration requirements of MIL-STD-810, Method 514.2, Procedure X. three mutually perpendhi!.ar axes

The dispenser test adapter assembly shall be vibrated along 3.5.2 Temperature and humidity. - The dispenser test adapter assembly shall perform all functions satisfactorily after being subjected to Test 105 of MIL-STD-331. Two four- teen day cycles shall be completed for a total test period of 28
17、days. 3.6 Wiring and soldering. - Soldering of electrical wires, cables, connectors, components and assemblies shall be performed in a thorough, workmanlike manner in accordance with MIL-STD-1460. 3-7 First article ihspecthn. - This specification eon- tains technical provisions for first article ins

26、stance. - Major Defect - Each dispenser test adapter assembly shall be subjected to this test, The test shall. be performed as specified in 4.5.1 using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4, If any unit fails to comply with the applicable requirements, it shall be classi- fied defective and removed fro
27、m the lot, 4,4,3.2 Insulation resistance. - Major Defect - Each dispenser test adapter assembly shall be subjected to this test, The test shall be performed as specified in 4.5.2 using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4. 34、 performed accordance with Method 302 of MIL-STD-202, in 4,5.2 Insulation resistance, - Electrical measurements of the dispenser test adapter assembly shall be performed in accordance with Method 302, Test Condition ?3 of MIL-STD-202. accordance with 4,4.4, subject each first article unit to the vib

Any dispenser which fails to comply to the applica- ble requirements shall be rejected. 4.5.3 Transportation vibration. - Using eq
36、uipment in Following this 4,5.4 Temperature and humidity. - Using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4, subject each first article unit to Test 105 of MIL-STD-331 to verify conformance to 3.5.2. Following this 28 day test, lower the chamber temperature to 130F minimum and allow to stabilize for a mini
37、mum of four hours. Subject the dispenser test adapter assemblies to the circuit resistance test, 4.4.3.1, and the insulation resistance test, 4.4.3.2,.at 130OF. If the test cannot be conducted in the chamber, the test shall be completed within 30 minutes maximum after removal from the chaniber. Foll
38、owing this test, place the units in a chamber at -60F for a minimum of four hours and repeat the circuit resistance and insulation resistance tests. Any item which fails to meet applicable requirements shall cause the First Article Sample to be rejected. , 5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Packing. -
