The Flight Coordination Central (FCC) is primarily a communication facility utilized in the Army Manual Air Traffic Control System, It provides the ground-air-ground and ground-to-ground communications equipment and other accessory items required for coor

9、dina- tion of the Air Traffic Control functions, a8 an extontion of Flight Operation Centrals (FOC) which are the main traffic control facilities of the enroute system, The system usually functions 3,2 Procurement model. A procurement model of the equipment will be available for inspection by prospe

34、ngs (SEE 4.4). - Except as otherwise indicated on the procurement model, printed wiring assemblies shall be conformally coated with a coating material which conforms to MIL-1-46058, Type ER (Epoxy) or Type PUR (Polyurethane). The coating shall be applied to both sides of the cleaned printed wiring a
