Materials shall be in accordance with applicable drawings mifications. 3.2 Assembl The assembly shall comply with all requirements specifiqdding (Dwg.) 11830886, all associated drawings, and with all

9、requirements specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 Contamination and distoration of Lexan parts. Extreme care should be taken throuqhout all Dhases of manufacture to avoid contactina “Lexan“ material. Specific information on “Lexan“ destructive solvents“ may be obtained from the General Electr

10、ic Co., Chemical and Metalurgical Division, Pittsfield, Mass. 3.4 Interchangeability. All parts having the same part number shall be completely interchangeable with each other and with like parts of other manufacture with respect to install ation and performance. joined together by welding, brazing,

16、arts and assemblies shall be fabricated, and assembled T-7iq in a t orough, workmanlike manner. They shall be free of burrs, sharp edges, cracks, dirt, grease, Fust, and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to any part, nor shall the parts be contaminated by the clea

18、rough, workmanlike manner and shall be free of porosity, twist, warpage, heat-marks, sinks, checks, cracks, chipped edges, burrs, blisters, scratches, excess flash, and other defects which would affect their serviceability. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection and quality

19、 assurance provisions. Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-W-63150 shall apply and are made a part of this detailspecification. 4.2 Classification of inspection. The following type of inspections shall be conducted on this item: a. First article inspection. b.

The contractor shall submit a first article as designated by the Contracting Officer for evaluation in accordance with the provisions of 4.3.2. 31、.4 Quality conformance inspection 4.4.1 Lot formation. The term “inspection lot“ is defined as a homogeneous collection of units of product from which a representative sample is drawn or which is inspected 100 percent to determine conformance with applicable requirements. inspection shall represent

32、only the inspection lot from which drawn and shall not be construed to represent any prior or subsequent quantities presented for inspection. Homogeneity shall be considered to exist provided the inspection lot has been produced by one manufacturer in one unchanged process, using the same materials

33、and methods, in accordance with the same drawings, same drawing revisions, same specifications and same specification revisions and complies with the provisions for submission of product as specified in MIL-STD-105. All material submitted for inspection in accordance with this specification shall co

34、mply with the homogeneity criteria specified herein, regardless of the type of inspection procedure which is being applied to determine conformance with requirements. In addition, motors shall be from not more than one lot from one manufacturer. Units of product selected for 4.4.1.1 Spare parts lot.

35、 A spare part lot shall consist of spare parts as produced concurrently by a manufacturing process common to the lot. Each lot of spare parts shall not include more than one lot of material where parts are subjected to heat treatment. 4.4.1.2 Replacement parts lot. A replacement parts lot shall cons

36、ist of a17 spare parts of the same design presented for acceptance at -. one time, in which the unit of product is a part manufactured separate from the process of assembled feed assemblies. NOTE: An inspection lot shall not exceed one (1) months production, 4.4.2 Examination. The examinations liste
