Install the unit equipment mounting brackets on the UUT and install the unit on the vibration exciter in the vertical axis (top to bottom). Install the control accelerometers on the vibration fixture. SINUSOILAJ

18、 VIBRATION PROFILE TEST LEVEL: 1.5g FREQUENCY RANGE: 5.0 Hz to 200 Hz to 5.0 Hz SWEEP RATE: 5.0 hZ TO 200 hZ TO 5.0 Hz in twelve (12) minutes. TIME DURATION: 84 Minutes per axis 1 Subject the unit to the vibration levels specified in the vibration profile from 5Hz to 200 Hz over a period of six (6)

19、 minutes, while monitoring the control accelerometer(s). Verify that the monitored response of the control accelerometer(s) is within 10 percent of the specified 1.5g input thru the entire frequency range of 5.0 Hz to 200 Hz. Cycle the unit in accordance with the vibration profile. the frequency at

20、the sinusoidal rate from 5.0 Hz to 200 Hz to 5.0 Hz within 12 minutes. (This constitutes one (1) cycle.) Subject the unit to 7 cycles of vibration for a total test time of 84 minutes. (This includes the 6 minutes recorded previously). Repeat Steps with the unit oriented in side-to-side and front-to-
