7、 Heat stability The molded part shall not char, brown or blacken when subjected to 400“ - + 2“ F, for a period of 30 minutes. 3.5 3.6 Acetone resistance.- The molded part shall not flake or delaminate when submerged in acetone for a period of 30 minutes, except within 1/2-inch of cut edges. 3.7 Colo
8、r.- The molded part shall be a light gray, approximately that of Color Number 36270 of FED-STD-595, 3.8 Hidden defects.- When parts which have been inspected, tested and accepted, contain inherent defects subsequently exposed, the contractor may be required to reprace the defective material without
9、additional expense to the Government. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection.- Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements specified herein, the supplier may utilize his own fa
10、cilities or any comercial laboratory acceptable to the Government. any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Except as otherwise specified, The Government reserves the right to
11、 perform 4.1.1 Wality assurance terms and definitions.- Reference shall be made to Ma-STD-109 to define quality assurance terms used. 4.2 any quantity of bands procured under one contract but shall be limited to 5000 or less. then multiple lots shall be employed, each lot being 5000 or less.
