QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 General quality assurance provisions.-Unless otherwise specified in the contrac

Except as otherwise specified, the supplier m utilize his own facilities or any qommercial laboratory accept23- to the Government. The Government reserves the right to perform any o
