19、,-All stress relieved lots that have been determined to have complied -with the mechanical properties requirements of the applicable component drawing, may be grouped for assembly into projectile lots. A projectile ot shall consist of projectile assemblies produced by one manufacturer mder one contr

20、act, in one unchanged process in accordance with the same drawing, , measurements of the tool may be substituted provided the contractor has established correlation between the tool dimensions and tihe component dimensions prior to the start of production, The contractor shall be responsible for mai

21、ntaining adequate surveillance to assure that drawing requirements are being met throughout the life of the tool. 34、ting.-The following tests shall be performed in 4.3.3 accordance with the provisions of 4.4. 4,3.3.1 Mechanical properties. 4.3.3.1.1 Hardness test. 4.3.3.1.1.1 Stress relieve lots.-Twenty-five cold shaped bodies from the first batch of each cold shkping lot (as defined by 4.3.1.2) processed through

35、 the stress relief furnace ana five bodies from each hours production thereafter for the balance of the lot shall be subjected to a hardness test with a Rockwell Hardness Tester or by any other method approved by the procuring activity, to assess uniformity of the product. 37、odies, one of the hardest and one of softest, as determined by the hardness test frm the first twenty-five bodies selected in accordance with 4.3.3.1.1.1 shall be subjected to this test. Failure of any tension test specimen to comgly with the mecanical properties requirement of the applicable drawin

38、g shall be cause for rejection of the lot. When it has been determined that the mechanical properties comply and furnace temperature and time have been established, the furnace temperature and time shall be maintained throughout the stress relief lot. may vary within twenty-five degrees F. but not b

39、elow the minimum temperature of TOO degrees F. Ud the soak time of 30 minutes minimum. and time will be recorded every hour to assess adequate control of stress relief equiplent. by an independent method, stress relieved lots shall be selected in accordance with 4.3.3.1.2.1. of any tension test spec
