17、 The certificate shall be signed by a responsible agent of the oert%fyIng organization. The initial certificate submitted shall be substantiated by evidence of the agents authority to bind his principal. Substantiation of the agents authority willnot be required wlth subsequent certificates unless,

18、during 1 the course of the contract, this authority is vested in another agent of the certifying organization. z. 3.2 Inspection provisions this specification, refers to an inspection lot, which is -defined as en essentially homogeneous collection of units of poduct from which a,representative sampl

19、e is ,drawn and inspected $0 detemine conformance of the lot with applicable requirements . The sample selected shall respresent only that quantity of units from which the sanple .was drawn and shall not be construe to represent any prior or subsequent quantities presented for inspection. Homogeneit

The film shall then be cured at 25OC and a relative humidity of 50 + 2 percent. the cured film shall be weighed in a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask, and 3.00 rnl of acetone added. The solution shall be

28、 refluxed for 2 hours. The solution shall be cooled and 8 20 rnl portion shall be pipetted into a tared weighing dish. The solvent shall be a evaporated using a steam bath. The dish then shall be placed - in a 13OoC draft oven for 30 minutes or until a constant wecfght is obtained. Calculate the per
